Default vinyl roof

I was just wondering if the roof can be customized with like a vinyl cover. Like a silver body and black roof?

I was thinking about doing some of the grill, maybe the chrome on the hatch and bumper step, and found some videos of 3M Carbon Fiber vinyl being installed on a mini. Looked fairly easy but would probably be a PIA to do on the Pilot.

Would kind of look like a Jeep from a distance. Just hope someone doesn't try to cut it to try and get inside. ;-)

That's a lot of vinyl. Not for me but I do applaud you for thinking outside the box. I would mock it up with something cheap or photoshop using a black Pilot to get a better idea first. Keep us up to date.

Just my 2 cents, but that vinyl stuff would look like @ss on the Pilot.

I agree. There's a reason that vinyl tops ceased to be.

Plus, the roof isn't designed for a vinyl top. Very difficult to terminate it and have it look good.

Default vinyl roof

Vinyl roofs are so rare few know how to do one.
How about getting a vinyl wrap in textured Matt black?
At least if you change your mind, wraps can be removed without permanent damage.
