job interview opinion

hey guys since i trust you guys about by honda i thought i'd ask you about a job i've been interviewing with. so far i have had 2 phone interviews and 2 face to faces. one of the face to faces wants to see my again. he will be my direct supervisor. here is the email he sent me. do you guys think i got the job based on the email?

I would ask if you would be available to meet again in xxxxxx over the next 2 week? I know with the holidays timing can be unusual, but I hoped we could have a more in depth and detailed conversation to try a vet out any further questions on either side and truly make sure we have a clear understanding on both sides.

Other then 12/26 – I am here every day over this time period and could obviously work with you in regards to timing if need be as well.

Please let me know what works for you and we can work it out from there. If I do not hear from you in the next day or so I will try calling you as a follow up.

I wouldn't say that you got the job. It sounds like they really like you and possibly 1 or 2 other candidates and they want to make the right choice in who they hire. Just get in there early, look sharp, be excited about the opportunity and most of all don't F up lol. Good luck man.

Yea it seems that they want to make sure u fit their staff. give it a shot it doesnt hurt to go for the second interview... I went on 3 interview for one company and at the end they didnt take me...now a days since economy sux u need them not the other way around, so they can sit there and choose, knowing there is a line out the door to get a job....Good luck I hope u get it...:-)

Agreed it sounds like you're a high front runner. And realistically I think you should try to see them as soon as possible but don't look overly anxious.

have been in the same situation before and those later follow up interviews, espeically with your future boss, is more of a personality connection thing...make sure you click...
