Stock Pilot>>New Audio System!! - Honda Pilot

Hi,
I have a 03 EX-L, I have owned it since new, and cannot part with it (even with 275,000 km's on it. It seems to be perfect for my family as a second vehicle.
I want to change the original audio system, and upgrade. I need some ideas.
I want a new head unit...GPS, Bluetooth, double DIN
I want to replace all the speakers
I want to replace the Subwoofer
I want to add an amp, maybe 2

I don't want to be a "thumper" with the droopy drawrs club, I want a modest, nice upgrade, using stock locations (including the sub), so that it does not look like a show truck....I also do NOT have an unlimited budget...

Suggestions??? please

Head Unit : Kenwood If you have the money get a Kenwood Excelon unit
Speakers : CDT or Focal
Subwoofer : I have a MA Audio but to be honest...I am no longer recommend a stock mount. Get a Box built.
Amp : Look at the ARC audio Mini Amps. Great power with a EXTREMLY small foot print !!! I was amazed at how small these amps are and how good they sound !!!
