Default Will a roof top cargo box interfere with GPS antenna?

We have a 2011 Touring Pilot,
I am needing to get a roof top cargo box for a trip in a few weeks.
My son brought to my attention that the GPS antenna is up there.
Will I lose the sat signal with the roof top box up there?
Thanks,
John

I did a long road trip with a large cargo box on top. No problems with GPS navigation. Someone with more expertise may well ring.

We made many long road trips with our Yakima Skybox over the past 3.5 years and never once was gps or sat radio affected by it.

You'll have no problems. The antenna for the GPS is in the dashboard. The antenna on top of the roof is for XM radio.

Thanks Everyone,
I already bought the box last weekend and tried it, no problems.
