anyone else use these guys to get parts? I made an order with them and one with HandA on the same day. Used both because I couldn't find all the parts I wanted with just one. HandA had my parts to me in 2 days. Hondapartsnow has yet to ship and it's been 5 days. They haven't returned emails either, which were very polite.
It's more disappointing because I have some days off this next week and that's when I was going to do the work. |

HondaPartsNow can take a while depending on where you live. Most online dealerships are like this (HondaAutomotiveParts.com, HondaPartsDeals.com, etc). I've had slow and fast shipping with all of them. The one I'm liking right now is AcuraOfPeoriaParts from ebay. I contacted the guy directly and he can get any Honda or Acura part at great prices. They also usually arrive to my house in 2 to 3 days even if he has to order them. Of course I think they are pretty close to Las Vegas (in CA or AZ I can't remember).
The guy I contact is Denis Lee: DLee@vtaig.com |

Yeah, I think I'll try Tim next time. I finally got a hold of them and talked to them and amazingly (after being on hold for a few minutes) my parts were shipping the next day. I will say that they got them to me fast. I also think they upped the shipping speed since UPS doesn't stop by my house until 4ish unless it's an urgent shipment and then they come at around 11. Today they were here at 11 so I forgive them for the delay. It seems that they may have "forgotten" about my order.

I did a live chat to find out if my part was in stock. Eric(moron) said it was so I immediately placed order only to find out 3 days later it wasn't. I then asked when it would arrive in their warehouse and Eric said 2 days. I just got done with another live chat idiot and he said it wasn't going to be in for 5 days from now. I cancelled the order as I need it this weekend. They absolutely blow.

Even had a part arrive damaged. I simply replied to my order confirmation e-mail explaining the situation and they shipped a replacement part. I had it in my hand 2 days later with a return label for the damaged part, no charge. |
