Have you looked at Redlinegoods.com? They don't have an application yet for the Pilot, but if you contact them, they may be able to do one for you... For free. You will just have to remove your old cover and send it in so they can use it as a template. It's an option...

Can anyone in this forum send some pictures of the removal process for the console lid. I can buy the leather online for about $35.00, but I dont want to break the car in the process of removing the lid. Pictures would be a huge help.

Thanks.

This should help Center Console on EX-L 4WD w/Navi just scroll down a bit and you'll find what you need.

My Honda service guy gave me a good suggestion. Try to find a local junkyard that specializes in Hondas. This part should be pretty easy to find on a junked or totaled Pilot. I am actually starting to use this junkyard more and more for misc parts. My pad is flat as a board and plan to call the junkyard to see if they have one.

The photos in this thread were deleted. Does anyone know where else I can get a step by step with photos? I want to do this DIY project as well on my 04 Pilot.

I am currently dealing with this problem. Real leather custom leather covers for my '03 EX-L are available for about 32 dollars shipped on the bay. These are genuine leather perfectly cut for this application, and available in all the right colors to match interior perfectly. The seller is "autotrimming" and has great feedback and history. In terms of disassembly, the center console rear panel pulls of rather easily. This will expose the hinge with two phillips screws which will allow you to remove the armrest/cover. The top of the armrest will pop off and then you can remove the staples that fasten the old leather to the lid. After removing the leather, remove old foam if there is any left. Clean the lid to remove old foam or any residual adhesive. At this point I brought the armrest and leather to a local auto upholsterer who said he would glue some headliner foam to the armrest then reinstall the leather using an air stapler to get the leather nice and tight to the lid. In all 32 for cover and 30 for labor makes for a good deal IMHO. I will post pics as soon as it is done.
