Not sure if anyone else here is waiting for a set of side window deflectors for their Pilot. I have been waiting for 3 months now. This would not be bad if they would just come out and say how long it's really going to take. The order was placed end of November. The order was for the digital fit mat set and the window deflector set. For a grand total of $269.85 plus shipping. Not cheap. DF mats showed up before Christmas. Still no deflectors. Well, after multiple phone calls of almost 1 hour wait time on hold each time. Still nothing to show for it. Once you get through to them it's always the same thing. "They were back ordered and just came in. You will get them in about a week or two". Really that's what you said last time.
I just love to wait on hold for 1 hour to talk to a rep. Thanks Weathertech or MacNeil Automotive. |

I've received excellent customer service from WeatherTech over the years. Sorry to hear that you are having a problem.

Sorry to hear about the bad time getting the window deflectors. On a side note, I am looking at doing the same thing and might be smart enough to learn from your experience....I have a tendency to have to try things myself though.
What is the quality of the mats that you received? You think they are worth the price you paid for them? |
