AUX on radio - Honda Pilot

My wife has the cd changer model head unit

I noticed on there it says XM /AUX is there a kit that would allow me run just a simple 3.5 mm jack to the radio?

I don't know what year your Pilot is, but if there is an Aux button on the radio, I would think it would have an Aux input somewhere. My CR-V's is located inside the center console.
