I just traded in my 2004 Honda Pilot AWD EX-L w/ Navi in for a new 2011 Pilot AWD EX-L w/Navi. The 2004 had 165,000 miles on it and it was still running like a "bat out of hell'. Hated to get rid of it since it was so reliable over the years, never leaving me stranded like some many American made cars.
I picked up my new Pilot today. She dresses in a Polished Metal Metallic and looks great, my old one was in the Sandstone Metallic which I liked, but wanted something different this time. I drove a loaner 2011 Pilot EX-L 2wd for a week while mine was being shipped in from out of state. Overall, its a much better SUV with improvements throughout. I love the new Navi system with its larger screen and voice command, a big improvement from the 2004. The Navi also seems faster in the newer Pilot. The Navi screen interface is much nicer and better also. The Blue-tooth seems to work great with a clear voice from both ends. She seems to be much "tighter" throughout. Diving seems more like driving a larger SUV or maybe even a truck than my other one, maybe because I am sitting up higher in this one. The seats are nicer since they don't have those little holes in the leather like the 2004 had. I think the fit and finish was slightly better in the 2004 and looked nicer on the inside, the 2011 seems to have just too much plastic showing, but after looking at other SUV's, guess that's the way it's going to keep the prices down. The sound system sounds about the same, but with XM, 6 CD changer, Ipod/USB adaptor and voice commands, it's a big improvement. Big...Big...Big improvement in the headlights than my 2004, the new ones are much brighter and project a much wider beam. Since I've only owned it for a day so far, I am still trying to figure out some of the accessories. But so far, WaHoo! I am loving it!

Anyway, congrats on the new one and I hope you enjoy it as much as you did the last one.

Thanks,
Your right, after having it for a few days, the stereo is much better than my old Pilot.
