Has anyone replaced one of the cargo hooks in a Pilot yet?
I have an '07 EX-L that's missing one of the rear cargo hooks in the area of the 3rd row. I have the parts which consist of the hook, a rod and the spring. I'm hoping it can be replaced from the front without needing to remove the interior panel. Any thoughts ?? |

The rod on mine has serrations along one side. Push the rod through the hook to one side, just enough so that the short side will clear the panel when the hook is in place. Align the serrations so that you can see them with the hook in the open position. Insert the long side of the rod into the hole in the panel. Align the rod with the hole on the short side of the rod. Slide the rod over into the hole on the short side by prying against the serrations with a thin blade of a screwdrive or knife.
