Default 2007 Odyssey Question

I know this is a Pilot site (I have a 2006 Pilot too), but this forum does say "anything goes." So, here goes. We bought our Odyssey new from a Kansas City area dealer. Within the first year of owning it we started to notice a slight shuddering in the wheel when driving at highway speeds. We took it in to said dealer and was told about a recall with the transmission and the fix should take care of the shuddering problem. The service technician said that they would try to re-program the transmission first (works in about 10% of cases) and then drop the transmission for a more in-depth repair if that doesn't work. We did not fall into the 10%, so the transmission was dropped and supposedly repaired (cannot remember what the main part was replaced). Within 6 months or so we started to notice the shudder again. Yesterday, my wife took the van in for an oil change/tire rot (we rotate everyother oil change). She was told there are two recalls that need to be addressed; one a transmission re-programming and the other a brake pedal issue. In addition to the recalls, she was told that the rear wheels are out of alignment and it's $90 to fix that.

I don't pretend to know a lot about these thing, so I guess that's why I've never heard of rear wheels getting knocked out of alignment. I don't mind paying the re-alignment charge if we did something to mess the vehicle up, but I have one question; could the constant shuddering in the wheel possibly be the culprit of this? I just want to get an objective opinion from someone who has a thorough knowledge on the subject. Thanks for any help.
