The Audi Q7 is currently in the Denver area as part of altitude testing before it's sold to the public.
As some of you may remember, I owned a PILOT before moving into a TOUAREG and recently had the priviledge of spending nearly 2-weeks behind the wheel of a European TOUAREG powered with a V6-turbo diesel engine (TDI). Len Hunt, the head of VW of America was nice enough to send it out too me for an off-road rally. Len's a good guy. How many auto big-bosses do you know who actively talks to customers and solicit their input on vehicles????
The V6TDI has an amazing amount of torque and gets killer gas mileage. How many SUV's with 222hp and 369 lb/ft of torque do you know off that can return 33mpg???
Sorry, slight thread drift
The Q7 shares a majority of its components with the TOUAREG, but won't have a low-range transfer case. But, it does have third row seating.
