So I have notice that the 'Sub' is very, very weak, like if I just turn it off, the difference is very subtle. Is there any replacement speaker that can be just swap without the need of adding an amp and get a more noticeable punch?

While the speaker itself is likely nothing to write home about, the bigger problem is the anemic, in-HU amp driving it. The stock housing can most likely accommodate something better, like a Pioneer TS-SW841D, but head unit is not likely to drive it properly.
