Hello everyone,
Just wanted to share my installation. I did this a while back (probably would've been better if I posted back then) but anyways I thought better late than never so here it is. I have a 05 ex and having some installation background, I wanted to do a really stock looking clean and simple install. First I purchased the center radio panel from lx model since the panel is less curved compared to the ex panel where the radio is contoured with the panel. After removing the panel the Eclipse deck mounted using the factory metal brackets. The gps antenna, radio harness, and rca cables were neatly secured and the deck was installed. I made the bezed around the Eclipse deck using a .25inch abs plastic. The ABS plasic was trimmed using a laser engraver/cutter. The bezel was painted to match the rest of the panel. Then I had to figure out what to do with the space where the cd changer was installed. Once again I bought the pocket from a LX and removed the changer and installed the pocket from the LX. This ended up being a pretty clean install.

Good work
If you'd rather go with an off the shelf solution: Double din Metra Part # 95-7861 | Honda Pilot Dash kit | Metra Online Single din Metra Part # 99-7861 | Honda Pilot Dash kit | Metra Online
