I am new to this forum.
I just purchased a 2010 Pilot Touring 4WD and have a question on the voice system. I have had four Honda/Acuras with the voice systems and it seems to get worse with age. On the new Pilot it has this nuisance menu that pops up when the voice command button is pushed and it makes you sit thru its voice prompt before you can proceed with the desired voice command. I see a place in the manual to disable guidance prompts but that page looks like navi guidance prompts and not the starting audio one. Anyone else seen this and have a solution? Maybe it is some type of training mode???? Thanks for any help (or guidance )

Are you talking about the whole speech that the voice command system gives when your press the voice button before it accepts your voice command. I just recently bought a 2012 w. NAV and that speech everytime is quite annoying. I'm hoping there is a way to turn off some "training mode" as you mentioned but I haven't waded through the whole 600+ page manual yet.
