Default RCA cable ouputs?

Im looking for more bass and don't want to buy a new head unit. I want to install an MTX RT8PT Road Thunder 120-watt powered 8" subwoofer. Does the 2004 honda pilot have RCA cable outputs, and would this even be possible?

If you have RES you only have inputs in the rear of the console. Not without an adapter USA Spec/Blitzsafe etc

BTW, no need to post twice, delete the other thread!

You posted twice, I'm replying twice...

The MTX amplified sub box has speaker level inputs. No need to add RCA's. The facroty subwoofer is in the Right Rear side panel. It is powered by the radio in the dash. The wire colors are white/green (+) and black/white (-). Personally I would unhook the factory sub so that you don't get cancellation/spikes and just run off the MTX unit.

The least expensive way is to run the speaker leads off the factory radio into the "speaker level" inputs of any bass amp. If the bass amp does not have speaker level inputs, then you can get a line output convertor that will take the speaker inputs and convert them into a low level RCA cable signal and then run RCA cables to a bass amp.

If you had a bigger budget, look into an add on processor that will take all your speaker inputs, clean up the signal, then run many RCA clean signal channels out to bass, mid, and high amplification.
