Default iPod via Bluetooth on a Pilot?

I was recently in an Acura RDX with a similar NAV/Bluetooth system. Instead of using his iPod connector my friend was able to listen to music on his iPhone via the Bluetooth interface. I was pretty impressed. I searched by Pilot manual and tried playing around with the Bluetooth connect on the vehicle with no luck.

Has anyone been able to link their iPhone to the pilot via Bluetooth and play music?

Thank.

Sadly Bluetooth A2DP profile (the one for stereo music transmission rather than just mono phone calls) is not supported by the current Honda Handsfree Link. Quite possibly will be in the 2012, we'll just have to wait and see.

Default 2012 Pilot EX Bluetooth

2012
HONDA Handsfreelink = Simply wonderful....

Pairing my iPhone took 30 seconds... Streaming audio wielessly from Pandora & iPod apps with extreme clarity...track next and previous controls pass through to both apps.. Automatically connects and starts stream where it left off at last exit of vehicle... Phone settings are super easy to setup and speaking from the cab while freeway driving comes through loud n clear on the other end... Much better than other mfr OEM systems.
