Default Lost auto function on power windows

I replaced the factory 6 disk head unit from our 2007 pilot. After replacing it with a sony dvd player and sirius radio I lost the auto up and down on the drivers side window. Could this have anything to do with the stereo replacement? I noticed a two wire plug leading into the factory head unit that I didn't need for the Sony unit. I thought these wires were possibly for the steering wheel controls. I just don't know.

Thanks!!

If you disconnected the battery then try this procedure.

With the window rolled all the way down pull up on the lever until window all the way to the top and keep lever pulled for another 3 seconds. Push lever down until window all the way down and keep pressed of another 3 seconds. That should reset the auto-down feature.

This is probably the most common issue I had with my '07. Seemed to happen for no great reason. Solution is to start the car, hold Driver Window DOWN button until Window has gone down AND KEEP IT PRESSED for an additional 6-10 seconds. Then wait a few seconds and hold Driver Window UP button until window raises completely AND KEEP IT PRESSED for an additional 6-10 seconds. Wait a few seconds and then the auto up/down function should be restored.

It's covered in the manual. Handy things to read.

Thanks, reset the switch and all works great!! Anyone have an idea what the 2 single wires were for the oem head unit? As for that manual, I dug it out of the glove box and placed next to the comode along side the manual for the new DVD player!! Lots of reading to do>

The extra plug might be for the subwoofer.

Those two wires are for the steering wheel controls.
