Hi, I'm looking to upgrade my factory subwoofer. I like to know which subwoofer works best for our vehicle. Lets hear your experience.

You need one that works well in a free-air enclosure. It's almost impossible to seal the older Pilots mounting space. It also has to be a shallow mount type because of the limited room even with at spacer on top of the metal.
Some selections from Crutchfield. http://www.crutchfield.com/g_520/Component-Subwoofers.html?tp=111#&nvpair=FFSize|[rank7]10%22&nvpair=AG_General_Features|FFShallow_Mount Another possible good choice. Pioneer TS-SW251 10" Shallow-Mount Subwoofer Pioneer TS-SW251 (tssw251) 10" Single 4 ohm Shallow Series

That depends on the amp.I would use a 4 ohm connection because most amps in bridge mode can only handle a 4 or 8 ohm load. If I were going high power (>500W) then 2 ohm speaker is better.
