i had the pac swi-jack installed on my pathfinder and now im in the process of swapping it to my 2006 pilot EX with a pioneer aftermarket. any reason that the 2 links below give different instructions for the 2006 pilot? the 2nd one tells me to tap into the NAV connector under the seat. my pilot doesnt have navagation. i would assume i would be ok using the 1st set of instructions? what do you guys think?

ok i figured this out over the weekend. i didnt need to tap into the NAV connector, just the standard radio connector. this is an easy and slick add on feature for you guys who have an aftermarket head unit and want to keep the steering wheel controls. i didnt have to solder resistors in the pilot like i did my previous car so it was much easier. only 4 wires to mess with, and some minor programming of the control box and presto! your steering wheel controls are useful again. there is sometimes a slight (1 second or so) delay when hitting a button but i got used to this on my pathfinder so its not an issue to me. check out PAC's website. they have some cool audio mods.
