Default What is this!? Either I'm losing it, or I have a light on...?

So, I've found a light in my Pilot. Dunno what it is. Still don't have my manual yet (the big service manual) so I can't look this up/find it.



Just under the "not an ashtray" it seems to illuminate the back end of the center console. It is on anytime I turn on my lights. It doesn't dim with the illumination control... I'm concerned it has something to do with a glovebox light or something...off. If anyone can shed some light on this it would be helpful. Thank you.

Yep, that's what it's supposed to do........ "illuminate the back end of the center console".

It's "by design".

LOL thanks folks, I'm to tired this early in the morning to avoid making bad forum puns... just one more thing on my list of 'check that out wtf' since my wife noticed it "That light was never on before you changed the cabin air filter" sooo just my luck, loose connector... yays!
