Honda/Acura/Suzuki Receiver Wire Harness - did not work.

I use this harness for my 2007 Honda Pilot, I just splice the wire with the same color but the left rear speaker did not work. I'm trying to install a Pioneer AVH-P4200DVD. And also is there a way to connect the factory sub without using an amp? |
