What is the best price going for a Sirius renewal, and are there any tricks to getting it.
I have been told if you call top cancel the price is better?

I know that does not answer your question, but it may give you another option to Sirius/XM. Good luck!!!

The best deal going right now is $77 a year plus royalty. Comes out to $89 I think. Just call 1-888-539-7474, selected cancel, and when the retention department rep comes on, tell him that you're canceling because of cost. They'll offer you $20 for 5 months and if you decline that, you should get offered the "half price" annual deal. Some people are able to get no add-on fees, but the rep I had said there was no way to avoid it. I said that was okay as long as he gave me free internet access also, which he did.

I should acknowledge that the $20/5mo offer is less expensive, so you can take the $20 one and remember the date to call back and get the $20 offer again. That will end up being under $60 a year.
I don't want the hassle of calling back every three months. I'd rather just do it once a year. Lastly, if you have multiple radios, the rep should be able to add them on at $59/year instead of $77. HTH!
