Hi guys.
I am looking at getting a replacement for my factory deck in my 2006 EX, which is only playing AM/FM at the moment. The current in-dash 6-disc changer has CD's stuck and it won't even switch the CD mode to let me eject them, I'm pretty sure it's busted. Here are two I'm looking at: Walmart.com: Xovision In-Dash Double Din 7" Wide Screen Touch DVD Receiver, Fully Motorized XOD1750: Auto Electronics or FRYS.com*|*DP Video These seem to both be identical except for the name brand, so I'm guessing these two companies (and probably more like them) got these from the same Chinese manufacturer. Has anyone heard of these or seen them installed in a Pilot? The reviews are pretty decent (given the price) except I've been seeing they are on a bigger side, and some people have had to dremel the opening of their double DIN dash. Thanks! |

No - haven't heard of either - I was looking at getting a Clarion VX400 but at double the price of the Cheapie from Wallie World... Cheapest I found it was $356.
I might give the Wallie-World a chance - though I am normally a "Pay once - complain once" kinda guy... Let me know what you decide! |
