2007 w/Nav, want Bluetooth

I have a 2007 pilot with NAV and I want to add bluetooth to it. I found the Parrot mki9000 and "The Honda And Acura Harness Adapter QCHon-1MK" which I found at http://www.quickconnectproducts.com/. Since I'm a total newbie at car related projects, I wanted peoples' input before I start taking apart my car. Are these two things (the mki9000 and the harness) all I need to purchase to add BT media/phone capabilities to my car?

I found this thread and he mentions purchasing a "Metra" harness in addition to the Parrot harness. I suppose I should buy that too. I think that if I just follow that thread, then I should be okay to install the mki9000 in my 2007, but correct me if I'm wrong.

Anyone have any other good guides or info for me? Thanks in advance
