Default Stock sub w/ amp?

I am installing a system in my 2007 which includes a Kenwood DNX-6140 head unit, Infinity 6022si door speakers, and a JVC 65 w stereo/130W mono amp to drive a sub. I am not looking to shake the windows, just to add a little bottom where I know it will be lacking.

Can I use the JVC amp to drive just to drive the factory sub? Should I? Should I use it to drive all the speakers?

Ideas please.

It sounds like a 2/1ch amp, so I wouldn't use it to drive the door speakers. The Kenwood should have enough power for those Infinitys. I also wouldn't try to hook up the stock sub to it. Either upgrade the sub, or just leave the stock one unplugged and stick with the Kenwood + Infinitys.

If the JVC amp will drive a 2 ohm speaker it should work. I ran my stock sub for a while before a sub upgrade with an amp that could handle it. Don't try to crank it very high, you will smoke the OEM sub. I've got the same door speakers without amps on my Kenwood, it's plenty loud if you don't try to drive bass on them.

I'm just looking to fill in a little bottom. I intend to have the installer turn the output on the sub's amp pretty low.

If I am not satisfied with that, I'll start looking into aftermarket subs. I understand the selection is fairly limited due to the depth of the location.
