Default heed help with avic 90bt install

hey airtime this is my first time posting on this site I am new to the honda world. I bought the 05 ex about a year ago and I am just replacing the oem radio with the avic 90bt. Your post is awsome I wanted to know how you modded the screen to say honda navigation I tried finind it on the avic411 site but you need to be an IT guy to find it. Can you hep me? also how did you bypass the parking function so I can play a movie while moving? Is hard wiring the only way to do it or can it be modded with a code like others? thanks for any help you can give.

also does anyone have any tips on instlling this stereo?

I see a lot of people have viewed this site, so I though I would answer my own question. The install was really easy compared to what I was thinking, I even was able to bypass the parking break issue. So i can now adjust the unit while I drive or atleast so I do not have to have the parking break on. If you have any questions I will do my best to answer them.

Rayneman can you post some pics of your f90bt? I am interested in the same nav unit for my 06 and I like to see how it looks installed. How do you like the unit? There were some reviews the Avic F-series are slow and buggy, true? Thanks.

I would love to post some pics, but I don't really know how to do that yet I am new to this site. I can try to do it later today, if you know how let me know an I will post some for you. the install was easy, even the steering wheel install was kind of easy whcih I was dreading.
The buggy issues I think were all fixed by pioneer, the only issue I had was the time was not changing after day light savings. But they must have updated via gps so it works fine, but the one my bro got had some problems. They took it back no questions asked and he got another one with no problems, any other questions let me know
