Is the cargo storage pad for the rear most cargo compartment, the one that can also hold the headrests
Yes. This is the hidden storage area which holds the headrest for the 3rd row. I don't use the 3rd row seats at all. So, I took out the headrest and store a first aid kit, emergency types of products, tools, etc.
