Just be VERY careful not to over oil it otherwise you may find out just how expensive a new MAF is.

Default wwong...

I'd love to have it. How much are you asking? If it's just taking up space in your garage, I'd rather a fellow Piloter get the money than some random chap off eBay.

When I get home tonight, I will open it and take a pictuce of it for you. If you still want it. How about $20 including shipping?

Honda Pilots don't have MAF sensors, they use MAP.

and FYI you wont usually ruin a MAF sensor by getting the K&N oil on it. To clean it, Just spray it with non residue electrical contact cleaner .

Here's a picture of used K & N filter I got from ebay a while back. Part number on the box is 33-2200. You might want to do a search and read all the pros and cons about the K & N filter.

Well, you learn something new every day. Though nearly every car used MAFs nowadays....that's what I get for thinking.

I follow the Maxima forums as well and blown MAFs due to over-oiled K&N filters is fairly common. A lot of members on the forum have tried using electrical contact cleaner ($5 or so from Autozone and Advance Auto) with little success. Maybe the MAF sensor Nissan uses is unusually sensitive.
