Coolant drain bolt location

Where is the coolant drain bolt for the engine block located on 05 pilot??

There should be a little door you pull off underneath the front end to the left if your looking at the Pilot. It's the plastic shroud but it's really hard to get in there and turn the white plastic value. I've had no success in doing so, is there a tool for this by chance?
