Preferred air intake & cabin filter brands? - Honda Pilot

My OEM air intake and cabin filters need to be changed again...

What brand(s) does everyone prefer to replace them with?

OEM is my preferred brand.

Selection varies at my local store-I prefer the one with the most filtration area.

Whatever decent brand is on sale at walmart, amazon or the xxx auto parts store, buy several of each and replace every other oil change. Usually try to find the carbon activated cabin filter.

It's interesting to note that the cabin air filter that is put in at the factory is impregnated with activated charcoal, but the filter sold at the Honda parts counter is not. My recommendation is to install a Fram "Fresh Breeze" cabin filter, which is coated with activated charcoal and baking soda. The Fresh Breeze filter is Part # CF 8813A, and is sold at the bigger Walmarts.

As far as brands for the engine air filter, anything but a K&N!
