Does anyone know if there are LED replacements available? Seems like swapping them in would eliminate the need to ever do this again.

Wonder what the light dispersal pattern would be? Anyone know which LEDs fit the Pilot?

Be careful of LEDs, they do not disperse light in all directions, only in one direction. Some LEDs can give off worse or less light than the oem bulb.
