Tailgate Spoiler replace - Honda Pilot

My Tailgate spoiler has warped out of shape and hatch back cannot be opened.
Has anyone replaced this item?

Some tips will be appreciated.

Instruction manual will be even better.

I have an 03 LX and ours warped as well, I ordered a new one online and replaced it. I think there are only 4 nuts you have to remove for it to come off, then one screw to hold the third brake light wiring in place. The replacement warped again, and this time i just removed it and carefully cut about 1/2 to 3/4" off the top of the spoiler that was hitting the roof of the Pilot, its looks kinda crappy but you cant see it when its back up on the car. I kinda wish I would have ordered a painted one from an EX, i think they are made of fiberglass instead of plastic so it might have lasted longer and they are not that much more.

I wonder if there is a TSB for this?

I've ordered mine, hopefully won't wrap again. Mine makes terrible rattling sound at 65 mph or above, and cannot be opened.

It was 72 shipped, the ex ones were 192 + shipping.

I'm heading into Honda tomorrow because mine has done the same. I removed the three bolts but it isn't coming off. The left side is loose and feels like it has a broken bracket but the right side is firmly connected even after removing the bolt.

Has anyone seen a TSB on this by any chance or know if there are other plastic brackets inside that fasten down the spoiler?
