There should be a table that has a column for 90K service:

Off the top of my head (I only did it in March and I'm closing in on 97500 now), engine oil and filter. Engine air filter, VTM4 fluid change, Rotate tires, check pad depth.

In addition to Rocky's items, the only other item listed in the chart for replacement at 90K is the cabin air filter.
