a/c on rattles - Honda Pilot

I have a 06 EXL and when the AC on it rattles a lot...at times..doesn't sound quite right..but AC is working fine.
Any ideas about this, others experience this?

The AC works fine and everything seems fine, just wonder if it warrants a mechanic to look at?

I have a 04 Pilot and the AC rattles as well.....and engine kinda squeals when the AC is turned on. I had the AC belt tensioner replaced but the problem persists. Does the AC Belt need to be replaced as well?
