Default Service manual owners: Torque setting for third row shoulder harness bolt?

Hi, I'm hoping someone with a service manual can tell me what the torque value should be for the bolt holding the shoulder harness in the 3rd row. It's right in the middle of the rear pillar. See pic...

Thanks!

Well, if I'm reading my service manual correctly it's 3.3 kgf-m or 24 lbf-ft which I assume is 24 foot pounds.

If you're near the Campbell, CA area you can double check in my manual if you'd like.

Good luck!
Larry.

Thanks Larry, that sounds reasonable!
