Default Need central jacking points for 2004

I want to start doing my own tire rotations, but don't know where the front and rear jack locations are. My plan was to jack from these points, and put 4 stands at the pinch weld locations. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The jack points are described in the owners manual. I've only ever had to change a front tire and that was the sill. Rear may be the same

I think you misunderstood my question. The jack points in the manual are the locations I said I would put the jack stands AFTER I raised it with the jack. There is a point near the front where you can raise the whole front end at once and there is one in the back where you can raise the back end at once. I was going to jack the car up using the locations in the owner's manual, but if I lift from this point, where would I put the stand so I can remove the jack and go to a different location?

For the back there's a flange near the rear diff that you can use if you have a floor jack that's long enough. I tried using the tow hitch, but that didn't get the tires off the ground.

I don't remember what I used in the front. There might be a frame member that you can use.
