Console Light Not Working - Honda Pilot

I have a 2003 Pilot. The Auto and AC button illumination light has been out for a few months. I wonder whether anyone knows how to remove and replace the light bulbs (I hope it is the light bulbs)

If you used the search button, with say HVAC you will find 1001 prior requests for the answers to this same problem.
