Default Need Instructions draining and filling coolant

Is there a step by step guide on how to drain and replace the engine coolant? Please post the link if possible.

Thanks.

The basic service manual process is:

1. Heater on full hot.
2. Remove radiator cap.
3. Loosen drain plug and drain radiator.
4. Drain engine block with drain bolt (diagram doesn't make it entirely clear where the heck it is - perhaps someone can post a picture).
5. Remove coolant reservoir and drain.
6. Tighten all the drain plugs and add coolant to fill radiator.

At this point, the manual does a long series of steps of running the engine with the heater full on and off, holding the engine at 1500 to 2500 RPM for a few minutes, shutting down, and topping off the radiator. I suspect this is overkill and a few cycles without the radiator level dropping would confirm that you've got all the air out of the system.

Don't short cut the last part.

While you may have all the air out, if you don't have it all out you are likely to overheat and could lose the head-gasket or even warp the head.
