Default Brake job - where if not at the dealer?

Where would go to get a brake job if not the dealer or your own garage?

An independent shop with a good reputation. You'll have to do some legwork.....ask around, search forums local to your area, look at user feedback via online directories, etc.

Is there a place on the board to post independent shop ratings? I know we have a dealer rating area - would that be appropriate? I've been going to the same independent Honda/Acura mechanic for 20 years. Great shop - don't know what I would do without them.

your backyard. honestly looking at the DIy in this section it's a very easy job and can probably be done in <2 hours for all 4 corners.

if not just goto a reputable mechanic.

Find a forum member in your area who will do it for you for a fee. It's not a hard job but having good experience and the know how of bleeding and flushing the brake fluid is important.
