Default 50k and only oil changes & tire rotations

I have an 07 pilot and I've only changed the oil (every 4K) and rotated tires (every other oil change). I've got a big trip scheduled and wonder what maintenance I should perform...any clues?

How about the VTM-4 fluid, that is, if you have the 4wd flavor.

It's all in the OM. You're right at that point where you may have gotten away with deferred maintenance up to now without big consequences, but its likely to bite you in the butt big time if you let it go much longer.
