I recommend checking with Tim over at hondacuraworld.com, our site sponsor, for a quote on the new taillight. As for installation, I remember seeing a video on YouTube that shows how to replace the taillights on a Honda Pilot. I believe they showed how to swap the 2003-2005 taillights with the 2006-2008 taillights, or vice versa.
