I have a 2003 Honda Pilot with 94,000 miles. The extended warranty expires in April which is 6 years (or 100,000 miles) from purchase. I am scheduling my 90,000 mile maintenance. Should I direct the dealership to check anything specific. For example some blogs identify transmission issues on this car. i.e. undue heat causing the transmission rotors to loose teeth. The car has always been dealer serviced because of the warranty. Obviously, I would like them to find any problems now rather than 7,000 miles from now. Your thoughts would be grately appreciated. Thank you.

Nothing specific comes to mind.
I would just ask the service guy/gal who writes up your 90k to give your Pilot the 'once over' from head to toe. I don't really think they could inspect internals of the tranny without cracking it open. In my opinion, I'm never going to open up my transmission unless it is broken. You seem to have stayed up on dealer performed maintanence, count your blessings and continue to drive the Pilot for many, many more years to come.
