Default Adjusting parking brake

is there any other way on adjusting the parking brakes?.. besides doin this

I have done that already, adjusted it till you feel friction.. but as I step on the parking brake pedal, feels somewhat loose/soft..? any inputs..

HONDA PILOT LX "07
Upgraded my sound system 100%,with Polks comp-speakers,2 15"L7's and ZX2500.1, ZX850.4.
Got two Kinetik batteries and a digital Volt meter made by Stinger (which doesn't work well).
3" HID's kits 6000k, lowbeams, Oem fog lights and,aftermarket foglights.
OEM foglight install by me,cross bars.Limo Tint windows,
splash guards,steering wheel protector..Etc,etc,etc.

Is atached to the parking brake pedal...is easy to spot it..
