Experience with Lambs automotive? - Honda Pilot

I need new struts. I found that Lambs is quite a bit cheaper than the dealer and some local repair shops.

I've had experience with Firestone, Midas, and NTB. All experiences ended badly. Firestone could do the basics, but nothing of significance.

NTB stripped my lug nuts and wouldn't fess up.

In any event, Lambs is supposed to be a bit more expensive than these options. Question is, will the service be any better?

Any input is welcome. Austin, TX specific is idea.
