Maintenance Required Light- 68500 miles? - Honda Pilot

My maintenance required light came on today, but im at 68500 miles. I do service regularly, and just had an oil change 1,200 miles ago. What is due at 68,500, and can the maintenance required light signify a problem?

On the 05's it just tracks mileage and starts to warn about an impending service.

However, that doesn't say what is due at 68500.
Has anyone else had theirs come on at 68,500, and if so, what was due?
