Default Change door lock solenoid ?

Has anyone tried changing a door lock solenoid ?
Our '04 Pilot was backed into by a delivery truck (didn't see it ? ?)
Since the repairs were done at the body shop, the key fob locking button locks all the doors except drivers side front - stayed open.
Body shop thought it was a computer issue that needed to be handled by the dealer. I now realize that the door lock solenoid no longer works and I'm wondering if it's difficult to change/special tools needed, etc.
Thanks in advance for any help...

What ever happened with this? Mine didnt get backed into, but I am having the same problem. Drivers door wont lock electronically (Fob, power lock switch) it has to either be pushed down or locked with the key.

Mine turned out to be the door lock Actuator(that's what they call a solenoid now) - it was just coincidence that it happened to fail at the same time the car was hit by the truck.
I changed it myself(drivers door) following the Pilot manual and some helpful hints from this forum - I think I found the thread under "door lock" - it was actually a thread regarding changing the mirror on the door.
I wish I recorded my steps, but what I do remember was that the hardest part was loosening the screws for the door latch - I used a cordless Makita impact driver, which made it quite easy. The rest is following the manual carefully, as there are linkages that need to be disconnected/reconnected.
If you do it yourself, take pictures and post the process - the actuators fail often enough that it should be a page 1 thread.
