Default 04 tach test connector

Can someone please tell me where the tach test connector is on the 04 pilot. looked on the wall near the driver shock tower and only see the orange connector for the brake fluid.

Not sure what you are trying to accomplish - are you looking for a digital rpm reading, the OBDII connector is under the dash near the driver right knee position. If you have an OBDII diagnostics tool you can get the tach reading from there. If you do not own this tool most of the large after market parts stores will hook up to the OBDII for you, some for free.
Do a search for 'scan guage' on this forum (I have one in my Pilot), Im sure it will suffice your needs to check rpm and timing.
Hope this helps.

I am connecting my remote starter to the system. I know what wire color I am looking for and I have even seen a picture of one on an '05 but it does not seem to be in the same place in the '04. Am I wrong?

Ok. Found the tack line on the green plug on the driver's kick. It was blue w/ grey dots. It is easier to ID the line using AC HZ mode than just monitoring volts since I can identify RPM changes with throttle more clearly.

Now I just need to locate the line inside the cab for the hood pin and I will be good to go. I didn't want to have to go though the firewall anyway.

Thanks.
