Hi all,
My 05' Pilot has 19,000 miles on it. I recently got the maintenance light flashing but goes away when turning on the engine. Is there anything I need to be aware of? Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. |

The Maintenance Light is a counter that starts flashing 6000 miles after the last reset, and goes on steady 7500 miles after the last reset.
I've found that the dealer techs in my area don't reset the light when they do the service. So net net, you need to be comfortable that the oil has been changed, etc. in the 6000 mile interim, then get on a regular schedule and reset the light when oil changes occur.

I will try it out. Most likely it is nothing serious with my vehicle. |
