Yea... so the other day I got hit with a few seconds of "idiotness" and actually thought I could squeeze into one of those spaces in a parking garage next to the support column. The result was the pilot got real acquainted with said column. So now I'm going to need some fairly extensive repairs on the rear passenger door and quarter panel (basically scraped it across the column).
Wondering if anyone knows the ball park figure of what this will cost me (aside from feeling like a moron from here on out)? 2K 3K 5K more? I'm taking it in on Monday.. but its just killing me trying to guess. Thanks in advance.

This scrape on an '04 RX 330 was going to cost $800 to repair back in December of '05. I traded it on an '05 RX 330 in this condition.
The $800 included disassembling the door, popping the dent out, replacing that molding strip, reassembling the door, and painting the entire door, most of the front quarter panel to blend the paint, and most of the rear door to blend the paint. And for the old-timers here, I feel a little like Paul Harvey. Now you know part of "the rest of the story" about my upgrade to the '05 RX.
